Ladies, June is here!
The days are longer. The weather is better. The patio coffee tastes amazing. The flowers are blooming. Camping season is here. Concert season is here. Farmers markets are opening. Life is happening outside again.
I love summer. I always have.
When I was growing up, my mom had a rule that we couldn't go barefoot outside until it hit 70 degrees. My sisters, brothers and I would call time and temperature over and over waiting for that magical number because 70 degrees meant one thing:
Summer had officially arrived.
Bare feet.
Bike rides.
Staying outside until dinner.
Freedom.
So this year, I thought, why not bring a little of that summer energy back?
