I Set Out to Get My Life Back.
For more than 40 years I’ve built a career in marketing — leading teams, developing strategy, speaking, and helping organizations grow. Professionally, my work has always been about momentum: inspiring people, building ideas, and creating the energy that moves things forward.
On the personal side, I’ve lived many roles as well — wife, mother, stepmother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. Like many women, life has been full of giving, caring, loving, and showing up for the people who matter most.
But somewhere along the way, I noticed something.
While I was building a career and caring for everyone around me, I had quietly started stepping out of my own life. My health had been through a lot, my energy had shifted, and little by little I found myself participating less.
And yet everywhere I looked, I saw people my age still thriving — traveling, exploring, learning, laughing, squeezing every drop of joy out of life.
That’s when something in me woke up. I realized I didn’t want to sit on the sidelines of my own life anymore. My spirit still had passion. My heart still wanted adventure. And I knew there were more chapters left to write.
So I decided it was time for a comeback.
Comeback Over 50 is my passion project and my personal reset. I’m not standing at the finish line sharing advice — I’m standing at the starting line, living this new chapter in real time.
My mission is to build a community for anyone who feels that same spark inside — the desire for more strength, more energy, more connection, and more joy in the years ahead.
Because fifty and sixty aren’t the end of the story. Sometimes they’re the moment we finally decide to live it fully.
